Riccarda graduated from Sydney University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Law Degree. 

Riccarda’s early experience was in business, conducting her own retailing, wholesale and importing business for a number of years.

She then returned to the Law and joined Solari Legal in 1991. 

Riccarda has particular expertise in the area of Family Law and DeFacto Relationship Law, including experience in dealing with Pre-Marital Agreements and cohabitation issues.  She has conducted many cases involving property division and childrens’ matters in the Family Court and various Sydney Local Courts.

However, Riccarda’s emphasis is in early settlement of Family Law disputes by sensible negotiations and round-table conferencing.  Our firm offers comfortable mediation room facilities for this purpose.

Riccarda also has extensive experience in other areas of litigation, including disputed wills and estates, contractual disputes, commercial matters and general litigation.  She appears regularly in the Local, District and Supreme Courts.

Riccarda also maintains a keen interest in business matters and acts for many local businesses, assisting them with their Leases and Contracts for both sale and purchase.
